When you report a product information picture problem in the seller platform, you will soon have two new options to choose from:
The “Remove Pictures” option allows you to report pictures on the details page that do not meet the requirements of the Amazon product guide.
The option “Controvert the main picture on the details page” allows you to submit a questionnaire so that we can investigate why your picture is not displayed on the details page.
With these new options, our sales partner support team can quickly and accurately investigate and solve problems related to pictures.
